Grande Cache is a Hamlet adjacent to some of the most beautiful National and Provincial Parks in the Canadian Rockies. It has a current population between 2,000 and 3,200 people. The Hamlet has municipal water, sewer, electric, high speed internet and hiking trails in and around the Canadian Rockies.

What we found and what we propose
My name is Chuck O'Neal and I have renovated and built affordable housing for over 26 years. We see Grande Cache as the ideal place to settle down. It is the hidden gem of the Canadian Rockies. Its 21 peaks, its well-developed trail system, its proximity to Willmore Wilderness Park, its geothermal potential, its clean water and fresh air all make for a very high standard of living for any upwardly mobile young couple looking to flee the big city and big city real estate prices.
